Disposal Well Remediation

A common production problem: Water, water everywhere.

A recurring challenge with production is the safe, efficient disposition of waste fluids such as produced water. In mature fields, water can be up to 99% of the fluids brought to the surface. A current, common method for disposal is to inject the fluids into a depleted reservoir.

A significant challenge with injecting waste fluids is blockage at the wellbore/reservoir interface. It is caused by common skin damage mechanisms including:

  • Hydrocarbon carryover
  • Emulsion block
  • Changes in wettability
  • Inorganic scale
  • Asphaltene
  • Paraffin

This blockage leads to a reduced flow of waste fluid and increased injection pressure in excess of allowable limits. Thus it can potentially shut down your injection well resulting in a halt in production.

EnovaFlow’s proprietary solution tackles
the blockage.

EnovaFlow is proven to reverse restricted the flow of water into disposal wells. Our proven proprietary process and technology do not require rig interventions. EnovaFlow maximizes your ROI with a minimal footprint on your budgets, operations and the environment.
